Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across India only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Delivery Timelines

• Standard delivery: 5–7 business days from the date of order placement.
• Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): Delivery may arrive 1–2 days earlier.
• Remote areas: Delivery may take an additional 2–3 business days.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all orders above ₹999.
• Orders below ₹999 incur a flat shipping fee of ₹79.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a unique tracking ID is assigned. You can view your tracking ID and order status on the Order Tracking page. For real-time updates, message our WhatsApp AI support agent with your order number.

Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will make up to 2 delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful after 2 attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse and a full refund will be initiated.
