Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy

Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, simply message our WhatsApp AI support agent with your order number.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • Items that have been altered, damaged by the customer, or show signs of wear are not eligible for return.
  • Innerwear, swimwear, and accessories marked as "non-returnable" cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for a different size or colour of the same product.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested variant is out of stock, a full refund will be issued instead.
  • To request an exchange, message our WhatsApp AI support agent. The agent will check availability and process the exchange.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days from the date the return is approved.
  • Refunds are credited back to the original payment method.
  • You will be notified via WhatsApp once your refund has been processed.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. To cancel, message our WhatsApp AI support agent.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled — but you may return it after delivery within the 7-day return window.
  • Cancelled orders receive a full refund within 5–7 business days.

How to Initiate

All post-order actions — returns, exchanges, and cancellations — are handled exclusively through our WhatsApp AI support agent. Simply send a message with your order number, and the agent will guide you through the process.
